Our fun fringe balloons are sure to be a talking point at any Mexican themed celebration, part of our new Viva La Fiesta range.
Simply inflate the balloon with air or helium, attach the glue dots onto the coloured tissue fringes, peel off the tape and attach individual fringe pieces around the balloon in a row.
Each pack contains 5 x 12" balloons with 45 tissue tassels and 100 glues dots.
